darn it!!!no silat yesterday!!lah!!!i love silat training!!its jus so...nice wen u let out all of ur anger on the punching bag!it feels so relaxing,so...nice,so.....good,so......lik u wan 2 punch it harder or alott of times.all i can say is......silat is the best anger releasing session!but somtimes u will b so sweaty and very tired.....the gd thing is.....u get stronger...u get more experienced and u get more fitter!^_^ simply love it alot!!here is 1 tip 4 u guys hu r willing 2 let out ur anger and want 2 join silat but u cant,well find me,ask me 1 thing dat is.....can i punch u?if i say yes,say thank you den punch.if no...it jus means dat i hav no mood 2 b punched.dis bulan ramadhan better not coz....it'll make my anger rise 2 a certain extent wen i cant control den i burst out lik a big explosion and it will b nasty!jus try 2 make me happy if u can yeahs?jokes can du.jus try anithing dat can possibly make me smile yeahs? well 2day is the third dae of fasting month......27 more days......ok guys and gurls!dats all
